This agreement ("Agreement") is made between you, the user of the application, and , operating as a d/b/a of ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your use of the application and any of its features, tools, or services (collectively, "Application").
By using the Application, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and not to disclose it to any third party. You also agree not to use the Application for any illegal or unethical purposes.
You agree not to spam our systems or fill our systems with spam data. Our application's features are unlimited to use, and we do not allow spamming. If you violate this agreement, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
Our lifetime plans mean the entire life of the software, not your lifetime. We will not provide any kind of lifetime support or updates. We will not provide any kind of refunds.
If your actions violate our terms, we have the right to suspend your account. We will give you a reasonable period of time to resolve the issue before suspending your account. If your account is suspended, you will not be able to create another account with us.
We handle all of your data electronically. There is always a chance for data loss, and we do not provide any kind of compensations for any kind of data loss. We keep daily backups of your data, and we will do our best to restore your data if something wrong happens.
If we terminate your account, you will not be able to create another account with us. Once your account is terminated, all of your data will be deleted, and you will not have access to it.
All other SaaS applications have normal terms and conditions, and we follow the same rules. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. If you do not agree with our terms, you should not use the Application.
